Bassnectar full length album & more

Sup, I couldn't really get around dubstep today as I've been grinding and searching for the best hits out right now, and I'm paying the price as I sit here tired as shit and thinking about making some coffee. Although my searching has paid off and I've come across a full length album by dub genious Bassnectar entitled, Cozza Frenzy which was released digitally last month.

This album almost has two sides to it, one glitchy wobbly mixed with ultra wicked basslines. The other is chilled out and just a beautiful mess to listen to. (credits to squeegie for that nice run down).

Killer stuff, enjoy this one people.

NOTE: the album is in FLAC bitrate so the download speed may be slow depending on that.

Calvin Harris

Harris' earliest success was when he was 21: the songs "Da Bongos" and "Brighter Days" were released as a 12" club single and CD-EP by the Prima Facie label in early 2002 under the name Stouffer.

Harris signed contracts with EMI (publishing) and Sony BMG (recording) in 2006, after his music had been discovered on the social networking website MySpace. Harris had recently moved back from London to his hometown of Dumfries because he was unable to find a job. He had only managed to release one song in 2004 with artist, Ayah. The song appears on The Unabombers' 'Electric Soul 2'. [read more]

The Requesters

I recently heard this tune on an Annie Mac mashup show. All I have to say is I was completely blown away. I learned what the groups name was, The Requesters. They are apparently new and their genre is kind of hard to explain. It's like electro, some house, and some heavy metal thrown in. They released their self titled EP only a little while ago, and a lot of their stuff is hard to find. Luckily I did find their mixtape and EP. Definitley download both of these, their music is epic and you will love it.
