Don't have much of anything new, although I will be doing sort of a mega post after Halloween. I will be going to Hard Haunted in LA and seeing various artists including Justice, Crookers, Major Lazer, Basement Jaxx and many more. I will be posting albums and songs from the people I like here. I will start it off however, with some videos of songs, from the people I will be seeing while there.

Please Mr Postman by Cragga is a great dubstep reincarnation of a 1960's single by the Marvelettes. It really blends nicely and gives this song another place in the spotlight. So here you go, this may not be the type of dubstep everyone likes but in my opinion it's a great rendition of an old song that was pretty good to begin with.

Wow. This has been so long overdue its amazing. I went to wikipedia, got the discography list from them, and just looked for all the EP's, and remixes they had made. It took me a hell of a long time to get every remix and album I could find. Basically this does include everything on wikipedia, except for the first album, "End 2 End" which was to low quality to post on the site (in my opinion anyways). Hello people, hope you're ready for some fresh dubstep because today I bring you a real gem. Datsik (myspace) is a DJ from BC, Canada that is relatively new in the dubstep scene but has already gotten the attention of big shots like Bassnectar, Skream, DJ Craze, Rusko, Ed Solo, and DZ, to name a few. His songs really blend and mix filthy dubstep with grime and hiphop beats and his label mate Excision does the same, I recommend you check him out as well (myspace). Anyway I have found and put together most of Datsik's releases, both singles and EP's.

Bassnectar full length album & more

Sup, I couldn't really get around dubstep today as I've been grinding and searching for the best hits out right now, and I'm paying the price as I sit here tired as shit and thinking about making some coffee. Although my searching has paid off and I've come across a full length album by dub genious Bassnectar entitled, Cozza Frenzy which was released digitally last month.

This album almost has two sides to it, one glitchy wobbly mixed with ultra wicked basslines. The other is chilled out and just a beautiful mess to listen to. (credits to squeegie for that nice run down).

Killer stuff, enjoy this one people.

Harris' earliest success was when he was 21: the songs "Da Bongos" and "Brighter Days" were released as a 12" club single and CD-EP by the Prima Facie label in early 2002 under the name Stouffer.

Harris signed contracts with EMI (publishing) and Sony BMG (recording) in 2006, after his music had been discovered on the social networking website MySpace. Harris had recently moved back from London to his hometown of Dumfries because he was unable to find a job. He had only managed to release one song in 2004 with artist, Ayah. So, instead of a music post, I will post probably one of the greatest movies ever created. It is called Hard Ticket to Hawaii, a movie made in the 80's about I don't even fucking know. I recently heard this tune on an Annie Mac mashup show. All I have to say is I was completely blown away. I learned what the groups name was, The Requesters. They are apparently new and their genre is kind of hard to explain. It's like electro, some house, and some heavy metal thrown in. Hey guys. As you can probably guess, we haven't posted in one month! Yeah, we took a quick break off of posting to get our name out more and find some great music to start posting regularly to the site. We have been doing live DJ gigs at parties, and doing various video game related things to help get the name out. So yeah, it's been very busy. However, here is our first post in a while, and I hope none of you left. It's Birdy Nam Nam. A group of four DJ's who make some amazing music. They have won world DMC championships, and their genre is very unique. Justice actually produced the last track on their album, which is an amazing/trippy track. It is called "The Parachute Ending." They also produced a very LSD inspired music video, which you should also check out. I am going to put a link to their album, "Manual for Successful Rioting."

Hey, we've been a bit busy with mixes/producing, so we haven't had much time to post. But, we will be posting more frequently, so don't worry! We would first like to give you a preview of our DJ trio, Pills Here! Its basically my personal friend, Nunez, Meeks, and me and its more producing than anything. We have our first remix up, Idealism by Digitalism (Pills Here! Remix), so be sure to check us out here. The first song is Gypsy P by Crookers, it's a great track that I recently came across, and it's kind of polkish? But its pretty awesome and very melodic.

Emancipator, he's been posted before.. but for good reason. I think my music collection is pretty big, but with all the music I listen to, I always find myself coming back to listen to Emancipator just because I simply love listening to his music. It's perfect for every situation and I think he's relatively unknown still even though his EP has been out since 2007 I'm not sure it's getting the recoginition it deserves.

Small review: Emancipator’s Soon It Will Be Cold Enough is an amazing album. Incorporating hints of jazz, electronica, trip-hop and down-tempo into its violins, keys, various samples and the occasional female voice, this 19-year-old college student has put together a release worthier of the attentions of a record label.

This is Flying Lotus. An Aphex Twin esque Californian, who's great uncle was John motherfucking Coltrane.
